Indus Neva the FIBC handling and storage system

  • Safer handling of FIBC/Big Bags

  • Safer Storage of FIBCs

  • Protected FIBC & contents

  • Reduced handling time

  • Increased storage capacity

  • Increased access

  • Store stacked to 4 units high

  • Transport stacked in vehicles

  • Efficiently fill FIBCs in Neva

  • Discharge FIBCs directly from Neva

  • Space saving for storage or logistics

  • Replaces slave pallets and racking

Safer Working with FIBCs

  • Reduced interaction with Forklift trucks

  • Transport FIBCs in a more stable load

  • Negate climbing on stacked FIBCs to engage loops

  • Eliminate stacked FIBCs toppling & collapsing

  • Prevent falling from standard slave pallets

  • Create more orderly storage

Optimised Handling and Storage of FIBCs

  • Developed to overcome problems associated with filling, transporting, storing and emptying FIBCs

  • Improves efficiency at all stages of FIBC usage cycle

  • FIBC/Bigbags can be filled insitu in Neva

  • Allows FIBCs to be handled quickly & safely

  • Allows FIBCs to be stacked up to 4 high

  • Increases storage capacity of facilities

  • Greatly reduces costly operational time

Space saving design

  • Poles remove to allow space efficient storage

  • Cost saving for logistics loop

  • Base design allows multiple pole storage

  • Bases stack securely when empty

Two variants of poles

  • Springhead for filling FIBC in situ, storage and transport

  • Lockhead for already filled FIBCs, storage and transport

Poles vary in length to suit stored FIBC

Poles only fit correctly due to innovative design

Dimensions & Details

The Indus Neva System is best suited for Big Bags /FIBC’s with a minimum height of 40 cm. (16“) and a maximum height of 230 cm. (90”).

The length and width of the Big Bag / FIBC should preferably be around the 95 x 95 cm. (37” x 37”) (based on the buying specification of the Big Bag).

Pole heights are available for FIBC/Big Bag with a maximum height of:

- 110cm

160cm

- 210cm

H = Big Bag height (buying specification) + 35 cm. (14”)

This total system height can vary depending on length of lifting loops
